360 Systems, Inc. Announces New Video Server Product New Broadcast Server Line Previewed at CCW

360 Systems, Inc. announced its latest product in the broadcast video server class, its fourth-generation video server, the TESERA-4200 Multi Format Video Server. The new TESERA-4200 Multi Format Video Server continues to advance the progression of broadcast video servers, from the original image server, and the more recent MAXX servers, by adding many new advanced features demanded by today’s broadcasters. Available in early 2015, the new features will include the ability to select SD or HD input or output resolutions on a per-channel basis. Users will also have the ability to include SD and HD content in the same playlist, as the system will output the correct format by up/down/cross converting on-the-fly. The new system will also include the ability to overlay graphic elements, as well as provide advanced scheduling for record and play-out. The TESERA server series will also be field upgradable as new features become available.
