Jackson, co-director of McGuireWoods' transportation industry team, represents long-haul trucking and natural gas transmission companies in high-exposure jury trials nationwide. His peers recognized him as one of Virginia's top transportation lawyers and he is a member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association. John McDonald takes over as the Charlotte OMP from Scott Vaughn. McDonald represents clients in employment litigation and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and federal and state labor departments.
