Salesfusion announced the availability of its Emerging Business Solution. By packaging together its platform and managed services, Salesfusion is providing complete marketing automation functionality as well as support to execute campaigns and ensure customers take full advantage of the platform. With new technology being developed and packaged services being offered, marketing automation is becoming more accessible and less costly for small and mid-size businesses. In fact, according to Gartner, 98% of all small business software buyers are shopping for automation software for the first time. And with over 60% of marketers naming lead generation as a priority over all other marketing goals, the number of new marketing automation users doesn't come as a shock.

Cireson Streamlines the Integration of its Marketing Automation Platform and SugarCRM by Replacing Hubspot with Salesfusion

Salesfusion announced that Cireson has streamlined the integration of its marketing automation platform (MAP) and SugarCRM by replacing HubSpot with Salesfusion. The company's previous MAP provider, HubSpot, did not offer a native integration to SugarCRM, instead requiring the use of two third-party tools to pass data between the two platforms. The process still required the Cireson marketing team to perform multiple tasks manually. The lack of true integration prevented Cireson from automating all activities, and decreased productivity, leading the company to upgrade to Salesfusion, which provides a native integration to SugarCRM. After making the switch, Cireson no longer needed either of the third-party tools, saving them thousands of dollars per year. Along with the initial cost savings and eliminated sync issues, Cireson's implementation of Salesfusion streamlined the company's lead follow-up processes, enabled lead scoring and automated all their marketing reporting.

Salesfusion Enhances Offering to Further Support Sales and Marketing Alignment

Salesfusion announced that it is further supporting sales and marketing alignment with recent solution enhancements. Recognizing the constant need for more information and tools to improve efficiency, Salesfusion's latest release offers additional functionality to help companies be more successful with better access to data and simplified processes. While many marketers have a disciplined methodology for including surveys during webinars and analyzing results, this valuable information often goes unnoticed and unused by the sales team. Salesfusion now automatically pushes responses from surveys and polls into the user's Salesforce CRM. Having direct access in the CRM to this data gives sales a clear view of all prospect and customer feedback, empowering them to use the information in future conversations. Salesfusion has always made email templates available for sales representatives to access and send directly from inside CRMs including Infor, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, NetSuite, Salesforce, Sugar and Sage. However, for sales representatives who prefer sending their communications to prospects and customers through a more familiar environment, Salesfusion has improved its Microsoft Outlook Plug-In to simplify that process. The Outlook plug-in allows users to send trackable emails, create tasks in CRM and add contacts from their address book to the Salesfusion database.
