CellAntenna Corporation Key Developments

CellAntenna Corporation Announces CA-BRAVO 7080

CellAntenna Corporation announced its latest system for emergency communication deployment of public safety systems in both the 700 and 800 MHz band. The CA-BRAVO 7080 portable dual band public safety battery operated repeater is designed to provide First Responders with a quick deployment solution to solve radio signal problems in buildings, or outdoors. First Responders often find themselves in a situation where no public safety communication is present due to building and geographical conditions. Although some jurisdictions have laws that require a certain level of public safety signal inside new buildings, older buildings are not obliged to provide it. All too often this leaves first responders in a dangerous predicament when they cannot communicate with command or each other. The CA-BRAVO 7080 was designed to solve this problem. At the heart of the CA-BRAVO 7080 is a bidirectional repeater providing two-way radio amplification of the public safety signal across both the 700 and 800 MHz public safety bands. Combined with safe news technology Lithium Iron phosphate battery, the system provides more than 12 hours of operation before charging is necessary, meeting NFPA 2013 requirements. Easy to deploy, this CA-BRAVO 7080 has built oscillation control safety features to insure no interference with existing communication. The portable repeater can be used for existing legacy SMR radio as well as the new P-25 digital radios, and the future LTE systems.

CellAntenna Corporation Announces the Development of Drone Detection and Defeat Technology

CellAntenna Corporation has announced the successful development of its Drone Detection and Defeat Technology - (D3T) designed to mitigate the threat of hobbyist and illegal commercial drone activity that has become a recent threat to government operations and secure facilities. The technology can be used for preventative measures or securing the air space from the drones in areas where such activities are of a great concern. The threat of hobbyist and commercially available drones has become readily apparent given the surprising finding of a drone on the lawn of the White House a few days ago. The FAA has reported that there continues to be inadvertent penetration of hobbyist drones in flight paths near airports, posing a risk to air safety.

CellAntenna Corporation Announces Advanced Cell Phone Threat Control System for First Responders and Government Agencies

CellAntenna Corporation announced the launch of its advanced capability Cell Phone Threat Control System, which provides comprehensive cellular signal awareness in Law Enforcement Tactical situations. The CPC-Vulcan system is capable of securing any individual cell phone or a complete area operating in any protocol, including GSM, CDMA, WCDMA and LTE, all done without jamming. The system can be used for Managed Access type denial of service in prisons, baggage screening and counter surveillance methods. The CPC-Vulcan system is a low-cost solution that provides rapid detection and identification of unauthorized cellular handsets, automatically adapting to configuration changes in providers' cellular networks and operating in stealth mode with no possibility of detection or interfering with the carriers. CellAntenna is an integrator of L-3 Linkabit's WideFire technology, a cellular exploitation system. WideFire provides a modular, open architecture, Software-Defined Radio (SDR)-based capability. CellAntenna uses L-3 Linkabit's predictive surgical technology, providing a low-cost solution for the rapid detection and identification of unauthorized cellular handsets. When WideFire is integrated by CellAntenna engineers, the CPC-Vulcan system is portable for quick deployment in emergency situations or can be connected to a Distributed Antenna System, providing full security protection from cell phone use in buildings. Combined with CellAntenna's 100 watt per band Multiband High Power Remote Unit, the system can deliver commanding control of cell phones in any area. The CPC-Vulcan is an essential component of CellAntenna's prison Guardian Service System, allowing for the cost-effective control of cell phones in prisons. Operating completely in stealth mode with no need for carrier involvement, the cellular awareness technology can identify and control any cell phone on any system anywhere. Several undisclosed capabilities exist for certain agencies that require more advanced techniques.
