Osinski will assume the new position of executive vice president for the Chicagoland commercial construction and development firm. He worked directly with clients, vendors, and the architect to provide expert scheduling, cost management, and value engineering. Managing the often delicate balance between form and function, he used his insightful communications skills to craft the perfect mix for each project.
