In addition, the company announced the appointment of Murray Demo, CFO of Atlassian, to its board of directors and as chair of its audit committee. The tool will serve as a central part of GSA's efforts to measure and improve its quality of services, and will be used to collect, analyze, and distribute real-time, critical customer feedback. GSA's selection was based, in part, on Qualtrics' ability to provide an enterprise-grade platform.
