U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services Names Joe Nardi to Lead Global Structured Finance Group

U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services has hired Joe Nardi to lead its Global Structured Finance group. Nardi, who has more than 20 years of financial services experience, 19 of which in corporate trust, will oversee a staff of approximately 200 employees throughout six locations across the United States. Nardi previously served as head of Capital Markets Structured Finance for Wilmington Trust Company, where he was responsible for managing the structured finance business within the Global Capital Markets Group. Prior to his work at Wilmington, he served as vice president and head of the asset-backed securities business development group at Wells Fargo Corporate Trust Services.

U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services Announces Executive Changes

A 35-year veteran of corporate trust and the financial services industry will take the helm of the municipal and corporate divisions at U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services. Joseph Giordano, currently manager of the firm's collateralized debt obligation (CDO) services division, will take leadership of the two divisions upon the April 15, 2016, retirement of executive vice president Terry McRoberts after more than 20 years, Giordano, who helped the CDO division gain 49% market share in a little over four years, will continue to lead the European business for the firm which provides corporate trust services nationally and abroad.

U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services Teams with eOriginal for Document Custodian Services

U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services is partnering with eOriginal to provide custodial services for firms issuing securities backed by digital assets. Through the new partnership with eOriginal, U.S. Bank is able to accept and store electronically-signed documents, and serve as custodian for fully-electronic securitization trusts or other similar transactions.
