Xceligent continues to expand the offerings of integrated workflow solutions within its open and collaborative commercial real estate ecosystem with the strategic partnership with IdealSpot. IdealSpot curates, models, and visualizes the best retail datasets to provide the most thorough, balanced, and actionable insights into local retail markets across the US. This integration will allow for users of Xceligent's platform to access a new Retail Insights section, where IdealSpot will provide actionable data including: demographics, top retail business counts, most demanded retail categories, and the most unmet demand by retail category within a 5-minute drive-time from any address or radius. Coming on the heels of Xceligent's recently announced integration with lease comp aggregator CompStak, the partnership with IdealSpot continues Xceligent's pledge to bring an open and collaborative research platform to all of commercial real estate including the tenants, owners, developers, investors, brokers, and financiers. IdealSpot users will now be able to zero in on their ideal locations by first finding the large pockets of unmet demand for their product or service, and then matching those "areas" to Xceligent's proactively researched commercial real estate availability data to find their best market opportunities. The IdealSpot integration will be a part of Xceligent's forthcoming "Xceligent Professional" platform scheduled for release later this year.
Xceligent Integrates its Open Platform with ClientLook CRM

Xceligent announced that its open product platform has been integrated into ClientLook, a client relationship manager (CRM) solution designed for commercial real estate professionals. This launch is part of Xceligent's continued roll out of its uniquely-designed open source platform, which enables clients and partners to license its comprehensive set of leasing intelligence, marketing tools, sales comps, and research. The open-API design means that partner technologies like ClientLook can integrate Xceligent data directly into their solutions and provide clients with complete property information all in one place. Xceligent business development resources will promote the ClientLook CRM as part of its Solutions Set currently available in 50 US markets, as well as to users of its national marketplace, CommercialSearch. ClientLook CRM enables brokers and real estate professionals to organize and track prospective clients, deals, and properties of interest on one simple, cloud-based platform. Through the integration, ClientLook users will seamlessly and instantaneously access property data and research, powered by Xceligent's commercial property database, Xceligent CDX™.
