In her new role, Montgomery will be based out of Fay Servicing’s Carrollton, TX office and she will lead the foreclosure department across multiple locations while reporting directly to Andy Laing, chief operating officer of Fay Servicing. Most recently, Montgomery led a team of foreclosure consultants at Fannie Mae that traveled to servicers with underperforming foreclosure groups to assess the operations, provide support, help them utilize available technologies and implement industry best practices and process efficiencies.
