Cinven In Exclusive Negotiations To Sell Prezioso To Altrad

Cinven Limited announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations to sell Prezioso-Technilor SAS to Altrad SA for an undisclosed consideration. Pierre Estrade, Senior Principal at Cinven, said, "We believe that Altrad has a clear and ambitious vision for Prezioso which will provide the Group with new addressable market opportunities and further significant growth prospects. Prezioso Linjebygg AS Secures Contract for ISO Maintenance Services at Sture and Kollnes

Statoil has awarded the contract for ISO (insulation, scaffolding and surface treatment) maintenance services at Sture and Kollnes to Prezioso Linjebygg AS. At Kollsnes the contract has been awarded on behalf of the operator Gassco. The contract has a value of NOK 1.1 billion over the 10-year contract period. Maintenance contracts for all of the company's facilities are being reviewed and included in the ongoing ISO re-negotiation process. Prezioso Linjebygg AS recently established a Bergen office in connection with another contract. Running for 10 years, the new contract will take effect immediately after signing. The contract value is estimated at a total of NOK 1.1 billion. The contract will apply to the ISO disciplines, as well as rope access technique, rigging and other related tasks.
Beerenberg Corp and Prezioso Linjebygg Wins Two New Long-Term Contracts from Statoil

Statoil ASA has awarded two new, long-term contracts with an estimated value of NOK 11 billion for insulation, scaffolding and surface treatment services to Beerenberg Corp. AS and Prezioso Linjebygg AS. They will provide services to twenty of the company's twenty nine installations on the Norwegian continental shelf when the contracts take effect. Carried out on all installations on the Norwegian continental shelf, as well as all onshore plants in Norway, these services have ripple effects in many parts of the country. Taking effect in the first quarter of 2016, the contracts have an estimated total value of NOK 11 billion over the 15-year contract period. The two new contracts will replace the company's existing contracts with these two suppliers regarding NCS services.
