Deripaska Not To Sell Stake In Strabag

None of the ore shareholders of Strabag SE (WBAG:STR) including Rasperia Trading Limited of Russian tycoon Oleg Deripaska which owns 25.9% plus one share in the company, plans to sell its shares, Strabag said in a statement, following a report by Austrian daily Kronen Zeitung that Deripaska may sell his shares. “The core shareholder syndicate of Strabag, consisting of the Haselsteiner family, the Raiffeisen and UNIQA Group, and Rasperia Trading Ltd., today, on July 3, 2017, informed the Management Board of Strabag as follows: None of the core shareholders has exercised their option to terminate the syndicate with effect on December 31, 2017 under adherence of a six-month period of notice. The syndicate of core shareholders is thus extended by a further five years unless the syndicate members mutually decide otherwise," the company said.
