Vladivostok International Airport Tender Offer

JSC Sheremetyevo International Airport announced it would sell off 52.16% of JSC International Airport of Vladivostok and 74.99% of ZAO Terminal Vladivostok on August 21, 2014. Four companies have applied to bid in the tender: ZAO Airports of Regions, OOO Aeroinvest, NOVAPORT OOO and OOO Basel Aero. Sheremetyevo will announce the tender's results on January 29, 2015. A consortium comprised of the Russian Direct Investment Fund and Singapore's Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and its traditional partner in Russia, Oleg Deripaska's Basic Element (BasEl), are counting on winning a tender to sell an airport in Vladivostok.

A potential buyer will get not only 52.16% of JSC International Airport of Vladivostok but also 100% of ZAO Terminal Vladivostok, the operator of a new terminal, RBC reported.

JSC Sheremetyevo International Airport is planning to sell stake in JSC International Airport of Vladivostok, ZAO Terminal Vladivostok and loan demands. Vedomosti reported that the company has received 6 bids on the acquisition of the stakes in the entities. NOVAPORT OOO; Basic Element Company, Sberbank of Russia OJSC (MICEX:SBER), and Changi Airports International’s Bazel Aero; and Regional Airports among others are the participants for the auction. Russian Technologies State Corporation (Rostekh), Avia Solutions Group AB (WSE:ASG), and OOO Aeroinvest are going to participate in the auction. Russian Direct Investment Fund, together with Bazel Consortium and Changi Airports International may also participate. The deadline for submitting bids has been prolonged till December 12, 2014. August 2014 Sheremetyevo announced about the auction on the acquisition of 52.16% in Vladivostok Airport and 74.99% in the Terminal. InfraONE is the arrangement agent.
