GreenTech Automotive, Inc. have expanded their existing marketing and distribution agreement through the signing of a new Intellectual Property License Agreement. This agreement includes expanded distribution as well as an exclusive Saleen brand and technology licensing agreement for the Asian market. Since the initial marketing and distribution agreement, executed March 2014, GTA has fully campaigned the lineup of Saleen vehicles at the Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, and Shanghai Autoshows to much fanfare and local market brand acceptance.

GreenTech Automotive (GTA) announced opening of its new production facility in Tunica, Mississippi. The facility, located at One GreenTech Drive, Robinsonville, MS, 38664, at a site selected by GTA in 2009, initially will produce MyCar, a two-seat Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (NEV) that produces zero emissions, provides range per charge and can be recharged via a common 110V AC wall outlet or a 220V AC wall outlet. GTA is moving equipment from its pilot manufacturing facility in Horn Lake, and expects to begin vehicle production there in the fourth quarter of 2014.

GreenTech Automotive announced that construction is complete on its new production facility in Tunica, Miss. The facility is located at One GreenTech Drive, Robinsonville, MS, 38664, near the intersection of Old Mississippi 304 and Buck Island Road. With construction on the new facility complete, GTA is making final preparations in the building's interior and has started moving equipment from its pilot manufacturing facility in Horn Lake, Mississippi. The company expects to celebrate the facility's grand opening and begin vehicle production there in the fourth quarter of 2014. The Tunica facility will produce MyCar, a two-seat Neighborhood Electric Vehicle that produces zero emissions, provides segment-leading range per charge and can be recharged via a common 110V wall outlet, a 220V wall outlet or fast charging stations.
