Libby, who will be based in the firm's Minneapolis office, brings to KPMG more than 15 years of experience in trade and customs and supply chain management, most recently holding various senior-level global trade compliance and supply chain positions at Target Corporation. In her new role, her responsibilities will include developing and implementing programs to support Free Trade Agreement utilization and other duty savings initiatives, advising and supporting implementation of global trade technology, and assisting with customs compliance issues.
