Seven & I Holdings Co. and Coca-Cola (Japan) Co. Plan to Release Jointly Planned Drinks

Seven & i Holdings Co. and Coca-Cola (Japan) Co. will release jointly planned canned coffee and bottled green tea products on April 21. Seven & i has so far sold canned coffee developed together with Suntory Beverage & Food Ltd. and bottled green tea with Ito En Ltd. These will be replaced by the products planned with Coca-Cola Japan. The new products will be released under Seven & i's "Seven Premium" private brand. The separate brand name "Georgia" will also be used for the coffee and "Hajime" for the green tea.

Coca-Cola (Japan) Co. to Launch Canada Dry Hot Ginger Ale on October 21, 2013

Coca-Cola (Japan) Co. announced that it will launch Canada Dry Hot Ginger Ale on October 21. The beverage is less carbonated to make it easier to drink. It is the first carbonated Coca-Cola group product for serving at a warm temperature. A 180-milliliter can of Canada Dry Hot Ginger Ale will sell for JPY 120 mainly at convenience stores and in vending machines. It will be available only on a seasonal basis.
