Voxa's email connector for Salesforce works at the server level and uses natural language task triggers to automate data entry across any email client or device. This complete productivity solution acts as a personal CRM assistant, taking the busy-work out of the sales process. Salesforce email integration eliminates data entry and increases the ROI for CRM users by: Ensuring that managers have access to complete customer data. CRMs are designed to track all customer interactions, but the amount of manual data entry that is required to keep the CRM up to date prevents these tools from being used to their full potential. Voxa has found that 80% of customer interactions happen via email and only 10% of those emails are logged in the CRM. Companies end up spending thousands of dollars on a tool that they aren't using to the fullest extent -- without automatic email integration, managers still aren't getting the full story on their teams' interactions with prospects and customers.
