Prior to joining the firm, Kevin was a Managing Director with Navigant Consulting. As a key leader in Navigant’s Physician Enterprise Solutions practice, he led a number of important national and regional client engagements with provider networks ranging from 100 to 2000 full time employees.

With over 37 years of combined experience as both a practicing Hematologist-Oncologist and an Executive Medical Director, Dr. Weisz has a national reputation for excellence in health care leadership, and brings a host of clinical knowledge and executive experience to his role at the firm. In his role as an executive physician leader, Dr. Weisz’s results-driven focus on accountability, patient satisfaction, improved outcomes and efficiency have all been instrumental in driving down costs and helping to create a high-value health care system in which both patients and providers work together to improve their care. Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Weisz served as the President and Executive Medical Director for Kaiser Permanente Northwest, where he led 1,300 physicians serving 525,000 members. He also served as the Executive Medical Director for the Southern California Permanente Medical Group, one of the large medical groups in the United States, where he led his organization to the top of the nation in a host of patient care performance measures. During his time at Kaiser Permanente, he helped to launch a number of innovative programs and quality and service initiatives aimed at improving access and efficiency, as well as lowering the cost of care.
