Life Fitness announced that it has recently unveiled the new RS1 and RS3 recumbent bikes that feature an easy to enter design and connectivity to fitness apps to help exercisers achieve their goals. The new company Lifecycle Recumbent step through bikes is ideal for all fitness levels from active aging exercisers to athletes interested in home rehab exercises. They feature a step through design for easy entry and exit, and build upon the trend of connectivity in fitness equipment by offering compatibility with several popular fitness apps through the Track plus Console by the company. Customized workout options are available with the new RS1 and RS3 Lifecycle Recumbent Bike models to help exercisers meet individual fitness goals. The bikes are compatible with both the Life Fitness Go and Track plus Consoles to give consumers a choice to meet their fitness needs. Go Console: This innovative console uses an intuitive design to help consumers choose their desired type of workout, allowing exercisers to control resistance, distance and time. Life Fitness announced that it sets a new standard for selectorized strength equipment with Insignia Series, a premium line of strength training products that combines biomechanics with a sleek, modern design. Debuting at IHRSA and available in summer 2014, Insignia Series will replace the successful Life Fitness Signature Series selectorized line with a new look, improved feel and enhanced features. Insignia Series includes 21 selectorized strength training products designed with form and function in mind to offer customizable options for facility owners. The line includes 15 frame color options, 30 upholstery choices and six shroud inlays, giving facilities the flexibility to differentiate and refresh their space. In addition, low profile towers feel more spacious and increase social interaction for exercisers. Life Fitness engineered Insignia Series with enhanced biomechanics to provide a natural feel and smooth workout experience. Popular machines, such as the Chest Press and Shoulder Press, feature independent movements to ensure both the left and right sides of the body perform equal amounts of work.
