Fortune Brands Home & Security Inc. has named Brett E. Finley as president of its Therma-Tru business unit. He assumes the role effective Feb. 15, 2016 and will report to Christopher Klein, chief executive officer, Fortune Brands. Finley brings a wealth of global manufacturing and business unit experience spanning a 25-year career at IDEX Corporation and Ingersoll-Rand Company. He has established himself as a proven global general management executive with a track record of growing businesses, expanding company portfolios, leveraging brands and driving sales and operating performance across consumer and commercial businesses. Finley served in a number of senior leadership roles at IDEX Corporation beginning in 2008. Most recently he was president, Fluid Metering Technologies Segment and IDEX senior vice president and corporate officer, while dually serving as president, Asia.
