Amy and Josh will help lead Performics' Client Solutions department to provide clients with unparalleled leadership, strategy and campaign activation to drive digital marketing performance. Amy, previously Vice President of Client Solutions, brings 15 years of digital marketing experience and market research to her new role. Moving from Vice President of Digital Strategy and Execution, Josh brings a similar tenure to his new role having been a part of the digital marketing industry for over 15 years. He currently manages a variety of Performics clients including Fox and Toyota.

Philippe Seignol has been promoted to the newly created role of Managing Director, Performics, Latin America. In addition, he will be named Head of Digital, ZenithOptimedia, Latin America. Reporting to Sergio Lorca, CEO, ZenithOptimedia, Latin America, and working closely with Michael Kahn, Global CEO, Performics, Philippe will oversee digital operations for the ZenithOptimedia group across the region. He has been tasked with driving growth in all areas of digital, building ZenithOptimedia and Performics' digital capabilities, and leading digital acquisitions. In his new combined role, Philippe will be based in Miami and will focus on combining network resources with local market expertise in order to further develop the group's digital and performance marketing offering in the region. This is part of an ongoing programme, started by Alexis Thanasoulas, Regional Director and Managing Partner, ZenithOptimedia Latin America, who has been overseeing digital operations for the past two years and will now work closely with Philippe. Philippe takes up the lead digital role in Latin America having been President, Performics France, where he led performance marketing for clients including LVMH, Bouygues Telecom, Voyages-SNCF, and Cdiscount. Philippe is a member of the Performics Worldwide Executive Committee, and has played a key role in building Performics' talent and digital capabilities.
