Pritzker Group Private Capital Appoints David Gau as Operating Partner for the Manufactured Products Team

Pritzker Group Private Capital announced that David Gau has joined the firm as its operating partner for the manufactured products team. Gau, 49, brings a history of building and operating multi-national organizations, most recently as the chief executive officer of Intersystems, a global manufacturer of material handling equipment for the agriculture industry. The firm reported that he previously served as executive vice president of global commercial operations for Gates.

Pritzker Group Private Capital Announces Management Appointments

Pritzker Group Private Capital announced it has added two new leaders to its investment and operations teams. Veteran manufacturing executive Bill Denton will join as a senior advisor and Chris Trick, formerly of KRG Capital Partners, will serve as a vice-president. Bill Denton, chairman of Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company, was named a senior advisor working with the firm's manufactured products operations team. Denton is the former president and CEO of Fiskars Brands. Denton will work closely with Milestone AV Technologies, which designs, markets and distributes mounting equipment and display solutions for the audio-visual market. Pritzker Group Private Capital firm also named Trick to its investment group where he will help source and execute investments as well as work with the management teams of the firm's companies. Trick previously served as an associate with KRG Capital Partners.
