Life Suite Integration with SilkRoad Microsoft Active Directory; SilkRoad integrated with Microsoft's Active Directory, which enables "single sign-on" for employees to flow seamlessly between thousands of cloud-based applications throughout the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem. SilkRoad announced the availability of its newest Life Suite release, 2015.3. This release provides new features and enhancements that improve scalability, ease of use and overall performance across SilkRoad's Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Talent Administration modules. SilkRoad Life Suite 2015.3 HR Software highlights: Talent Acquisition (employee recruiting, onboarding): SilkRoad Onboarding's new self-service eForm Builder helps administrators create simple eForms with easy-to-use and intuitive functionality. SilkRoad Recruiting added additional free job distribution partners to help recruiters reach active and passive job seekers. Monster Controlled Listings, Apex Opus and others were added to SilkRoad's already extensive list of free job distribution partners. Talent Development (employee performance, learning management): SilkRoad Learning added task fields that require users to finish specific activities prior to submitting checklists as complete. Talent Administration (human resource management system, HR employee portal): SilkRoad HRMS usability enhancements make it easier to update employee profiles and process employee transitions ­ including job changes, terminations and employment leaves. SilkRoad Talent Portal administrators can now customize views for employees, based on their job, location or organization. In recent months, SilkRoad also expanded its distribution capabilities by signing up additional resellers and Talent App core HR business partners to expand its growing Life Suite talent management ecosystem.

RDIF, IDFC, BTG Pactual, Silk Road and Development Bank of Southern Africa Sign on Agreement to Establish Joint Mechanism for Financing of Infrastructure Projects

Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa (BRICS) have backed the initiative of the Russian Direct Investment Fund and agreed to establish a joint mechanism for financing of infrastructure projects. The relevant agreement was signed by RDIF, IDFC, BTG Pactual, Silk Road and Development Bank of Southern Africa during the BRICS summit in Ufa. The parties agreed to jointly look for and fund infrastructure projects that contribute to greater trade, economic and investment cooperation among BRICS states. The RDIF originally put forward its proposal to set up the infrastructure projects funding mechanism at the BRICS summit in Brazil in 2014.
