Vendavo, Inc. announced the appointment of enterprise software and services veteran, Mark Horner, as chief services officer. Horner will head the Professional Services Division, as the company looks to expand its partner network and launch new services offerings. Horner has more than 20 years of experience in operational delivery systems in the enterprise software and services space. Prior to joining Vendavo, he served as executive vice president and group general manager at TSystem.
The company announced that in addition to Horner's appointment, Vendavo has created a Client Organization specifically designed to increase customer engagement. The new organization will be dedicated to expanding the scope of the company's customer relationships and shaping customer success.

Vendavo announced that Bruno Slosse has joined the company as President and Chief Executive Officer replacing John Trzeciak, a Francisco Partners operating partner, who served as an interim CEO of Vendavo since May 2015, and who is joining Vendavo's Board of Directors. Slosse brings more than 25 years in technology experience to Vendavo, including a strong track record in growing companies, expanding their global reach, and broadening their product offering. Most recently, he served as President of Ascend Learning's Clinical Health Division. Slosse will be based out of Vendavo's headquarters in Mountain View, Calif.
Vendavo Appoints Michael Hoffman as Chief Commercial Officer

Vendavo announced the appointment of Michael Hoffman as chief commercial officer. Hoffman joins the company after simultaneously serving as interim head of sales and an operating partner at Francisco Partners, which acquired Vendavo in October 2014. In this newly created role, Hoffman will lead the charge on overall worldwide commercial strategy and execution, integrating sales management, business consulting, and field sales and operations, as Vendavo sharpens its focus on driving business growth and penetration in the Global 2000 marketplace. He brings more than 20 years of experience creating and implementing successful growth strategies in enterprise software companies. Prior to joining Francisco Partners, Hoffman was senior vice president of worldwide sales for Mxi Technologies and president and founder of inSelligent. As global vice president of sales field operation at NICE Systems, Hoffman drove run rates from $400 million per year to $800 million per year over a three-year span. Hoffman will remain on the board of directors of inSelligent.
