AerCap Holdings NV announced on June 22 that units AerCap Ireland Capital Ltd. and AerCap Global Aviation Trust priced their offering of senior notes, consisting of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.250% senior notes due 2020 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.625% senior notes due 2022. Previously, the units planned to offer $800 million of senior notes. The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by the company and certain other subsidiaries of the company. The units intend to use the net proceeds from the notes for general corporate purposes. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering.
