Mobilcom-debitel Launches New GamePack Basic Option

Mobilcom-debitel launched a new games option called GamePack Basic for EUR 1.99 per month. It is targeted at entry-level gamers wanting to try games on their smartphones, and offers them free downloads of two games a month from a range provided by Gameloft. The option can be added to any Mobilcom-debitel voice or data tariff and used with any Android smartphone or tablet.

Mobilcom-debitel Launches 'SmartHome Sicherheit'

Mobilcom-debitel has launched the new 'SmartHome Sicherheit' (SmartHome Security) service for customers to monitor their homes. Smart Home Security offers each user a control centre for the entire system, siren alarm up to 110 db, Wi-Fi-enabled camera with motion sensor and night vision, two more motion detectors, opening detector for doors or windows, and two remote controls to activate and deactivate the system including alarm button during non-authorised entry. It also provides cloud storage for camera pictures and video for up to 30 days. The package costs EUR 19.99 per month, with customers able to control the components using an iOS or Android app on their smartphone. The system can also be controlled through a web browser. The SmartHome Security starter pack costs EUR 99.

Mobilcom-debitel Starts Selling Samsung Galaxy S5

Mobilcom-debitel announced that it is now selling the Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone, offered for a one-off payment of EUR 29.99 with the 'real Allnet mit Handy 10' tariff on the Vodafone network. The combined package price is EUR 46.98 per month, which includes Norton Mobile Security worth around EUR 48. Customers must sign a 24-month contract. Mobilcom-debitel is also offering the Samsung Gear Fit for EUR 199.
