The Board of JPMorgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc announced the appointment of Mr. David Ross as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 1st March 2015. He is currently non-executive Director of EP Global Opportunities Trust and previously served on the General Committee of the Association of Investment Trust Companies. Mr. Ross began his working career at Ivory & Sime in 1968. He held various roles in the Group, including being made Director and Company Secretary to the Group in 1982, and Managing Director between 1988 and 1990. In 1990 Mr. Ross left Ivory & Sime and became one of five founding partners of Aberforth Partners LLP.
