Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) and UD Trucks Corporation (UD Trucks) have announced the development of a new truck. The new truck is targeted to pull in new customers and offer customers a range uniquely required for more transportation efficiency but in the most economical way possible. Separately, MFTBC announced the release of new truck variant "Canter EX" that is available at Mitsubishi Fuso dealerships across Japan from 1 December 2014. The Canter-based truck model comes with a greater cargo space reaching the lower end of average medium-duty truck.
