Vietnam Motors Industry Corporation Seeking To Sell 97.7% Of Its Stake

Vietnam Motors Industry Corporation will conduct an auction to sell 85.6 million state-owned shares, equaling a 97.7% its total stakes, at the initial price of VND 14,612 per share. The Ministry of Transport requested that enterprises joining the auction have a minimum equity of VND 926 billion as of June 30, 2015, and a positive balance. As an additional criterion, enterprises must commit to not transferring their Vietnam Motors Industry Corporation stakes for five years.

TMT Automobile Joint Puts Its Plan On Hold
