The derivative lawsuit filed on March 19, 2013 by Aurelius Capital Master Ltd. accuses EFCH's board of breach of fiduciary duty for continuing to make fraudulent loans while the company was insolvent. Energy Future Holdings Company declined to comment on the lawsuit.
