Kyivstar Continues 3G Network Expansion

Kyivstar has started providing its 3G services in 25 agglomerations in the Kherson, Volin, Mikolayiv and Zakarpatya regions. The services are now available in over 110 cities and towns, including Kiev, Lviv and Kamyanets-Podylsky, and testing is underway in over 90 cities and towns, including Vynnitsya, Ivano-Frankyvsk, Poltava, Ryvne, Ternopyl and Khmelnitsky. The services are provided over HSPA+ technology, enabling speeds up to 42 Mbps. Kyivstar said it will continue the expansion of the 3G network.

Kyivstar Launches 3G Network in Kamyanets-Podylski

Kyivstar has started commercial operation of its 3G network in the city of Kamyanets-Podylski in the Khmelnitsky region. The services are also accessible in six surrounding agglomerations. The network provides broadband at up to 42 Mbps.

Kyivstar Launches 3G in the Black Sea Coast Resorts

Kyivstar has launched commercial services on its 3G network in the resorts on the coastal area of the Black Sea in the Odessa region. Places includes Bylenke, Gribyvka, Zatoka, Karolyno-Bugaz, Kurortne, Primorske, Roksolani, Sanzhyika and Chabanske. Network testing was carried out there earlier. The operator's 3G services were already introduced in 30 agglomerations in Southern Ukraine, including the city of Odessa, and the towns of Yuzhne and Ilyichyvsk.
