Wood, Tommy Bahama's current President and COO, will succeed Mr. Pillow as CEO of Tommy Bahama. Mr. Pillow will continue with Oxford in an advisory role.

Oxford Industries, Inc. announced that Terry R. Pillow will retire from his position as Chief Executive Officer of its Tommy Bahama Group on January 30, 2016, the end of the company's fiscal year. Douglas B. Wood, Tommy Bahama's current President and Chief Operating Officer, will succeed Mr. Pillow as CEO of Tommy Bahama. Mr. Pillow will continue with Oxford in an advisory role. Mr. Wood joined Tommy Bahama in 2001 as Chief Operating Officer and was named President in 2008. He began his career at the Boeing Defense and Space Group before joining McCaw Cellular/AT&T in 1994 where he was Vice President of Operations.
Tommy Bahama to Open Second Long Island Store at Walt Whitman Shops

Tommy Bahama announced that it will open second Long Island store, at Walt Whitman Shops. The grand opening will be at the mall, 160 Walt Whitman Rd., Huntington Station. The 4,000-square-foot store will employ 20 people and carry Tommy Bahama men's and women's sportswear, swimwear, footwear and accessories, as well as home decor items. Tommy Bahama already has an outlet store at Tanger Outlets in Riverhead. Based in Seattle, the chain is part of Tommy Bahama Group Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oxford Industries Inc.
