Toyota Motor Thailand Launches Toyota Vios

Toyota Motor Thailand has launched its Toyota Vios. The model is priced from THB 599,000 to THB 749,000. The vehicle is equipped with an E85-compatible engine and a new CVT (automatic transmission). It features projector headlamps, fog lamps, 15- and 16-inch alloy wheel choices, push button start, remote Smart Key and multi-function steering wheel, dual front airbags, ABS with EBD and Braking Assist continue, while Vehicle Stability Control is offered for the first time.

Toyota Motor Thailand announced that senior vice president Chatchai Taveesakulvadchara has been promoted to executive vice president. His responsibilities include overseeing the Accounting & Finance Sub-Division and Special Units, Internal Audit & Ethics Promotion Office, Administration Division, and the Corporate Strategic Planning Division. Senior vice president Vudhigorn Suriyachantananont has been made executive vice president, with his responsibilities including overseeing the Public Relations Department - Sustainable Development Department and Marketing Division. Toyota Motor Thailand Company Opens Test Drive Centre for General Public

Toyota Motor Thailand Company has opened its first test drive centre for the general public. The automaker is expecting 18,000 customers per annum. The Toyota Driving Experience Park is situated on 22 rai at Bang Na-Trat Road Km 3, and will cost THB 100 million excluding land purchase.
