iShares Asia Trust - iShares CSI A-Share Materials Index ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by BlackRock Asset Management North Asia Limited. It invests in public equity markets of China. The fund uses derivatives such as swap agreements and China A-Share access products to invest in stocks of companies operating in materials sector. It invests in A-shares of large cap companies. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the CSI 300 Materials Index, by using synthetic replication methodology. iShares Asia Trust - iShares CSI A-Share Materials Index ETF was formed on November 12, 2009 and is domiciled in Hong Kong.

The ex-dividend date is December 16, 2013 and the record date is December 17, 2013. The payable date of the distribution will be December 27, 2013.
