David Dooley Joins CBI as Chief Strategy Officer

David Dooley, former Balfour Beatty Construction Executive Vice President, Eastern Region, has joined CBI as Chief Strategy Officer. In this newly formed role, Dooley will oversee business development and planning to help CBI continue to grow its market positions. With more than 30 years experience in the construction industry, Dooley most recently was the Balfour Beatty Eastern Region EVP, where he was responsible for business development and sales for five operating divisions. Previously, Dooley was CEO of RT Dooley.
