Cook Group Announces Retirement of Kem Hawkins as President on July 1, 2015

Cook Group announced that Kem Hawkins, president of Cook Group Incorporated, will retire on July 1, 2015 after 34 years with the Cook organization. Hawkins, who has been transitioning his role in the company over the past year, will remain on the board of directors for Cook Group. Pete Yonkman, current president of Cook Medical, has been chosen as Hawkins' successor as president of Cook Group.
Cook Group Incorporated Promotes Cynthia Kretz to Vice President General Counsel

Cynthia Kretz, who has served as general counsel since 2008, has been promoted to vice president general counsel. As vice president, Kretz will continue her responsibility leading the global operations of the legal department as well as directing representation in court for Cook Group Incorporated and its affiliates. During her tenure at Bridgestone, Kretz attended John Marshall Law School in the evening and completed her law degree in 1997. Prior to joining Cook, Kretz served Wabash National from 1999-2007 where she formed the legal department and eventually served as vice president general counsel and secretary to the board of directors.
