JP Weigand & Sons, Inc. Announces Executive Changes, Effective June 1, 2016

JP Weigand & Sons, Inc. announced the promotion of Richelle Knotts to vice president and general manager of the company's residential division. Knotts, currently Weigand's director of new homes, will start in her new role on June 1, 2016. Knotts will replace Gary Walker, who is set to retire after eight years as vice president of the residential division and 36 years with the Wichita real estate firm. Knotts, who began working for Weigand in 2008, will join the company's senior management team, which includes Nestor Weigand, president John Rupp, senior commercial division vice president and general manager Dawn Truman and chief financial officer Peggy Ward.

J.P. Weigand & Sons Inc. Announces Executive Changes

J.P. Weigand & Sons Inc. is shuffling its corporate leadership structure. John Rupp will become the company's president in January. Dawn Truman is transitioning from her role as president to become senior vice president of the entire company and general manager of its commercial division. She replaces Jerry Gray, who retired earlier this year. Rupp has been with Weigand for 12 years and has worked mostly on the auction side of the business. Truman became Weigand's president in 2011.
