Financial Executives International Announces Executive Changes, Effective July 1, 2015

Financial Executives International announced the election of a new slate of executive officers and members of the Board of Directors for the 2015-2016 fiscal year, effective July 1, 2015. Mitch Danaher, Deputy Controller of General Electric Company will serve as FEI’s national Board Chair for a second term. He was named to FEI's Board of Directors in 2012 and is active in FEI’s Committee on Corporate Reporting. Additional elected officers for the 2015-2016 fiscal year include: Prat Bhatt, SVP, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Cisco Systems will serve as national Vice Chair. Bhatt was elected to the board in 2014 as a director and is active in FEI’s Committee on Corporate Reporting. Peter S. Rockett, Vice President of Finance and Administration at the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce will serve another term as national Treasurer. He has been a member of FEI since 1999. Thomas Haller, a senior financial executive providing interim CFO and financial reporting expertise to publicly-and privately-held enterprises, will serve as national Secretary. Since joining FEI in 2007, Haller served as President of FEI’s Connecticut/Westchester Chapter from 2009 to 2011 before joining the national board as a director. Taylor Hawes, Sr., General Manager, Corporate Finance and Services of Microsoft Corporation, will serve as the national Immediate Past Chair. He has been a member of FEI since 2002, serving on the Committee on Finance and Information Technology, as a Trustee of Financial Executives Research Foundation, as well as the Chair of the Hall of Fame Selection Committee for 2015. Financial Executives International Accepts Resignation of Marie Hollein as President and Chief Executive Officer, Effective December 31, 2014

In October, Ms. Marie Hollein, FEI's President and Chief Executive Officer, informed the Board of Directors of her intention to resign. Since that time, the Board of Directors has discussed with Marie the details of her resignation in order to facilitate a smooth transition. Accordingly, Financial Executives International announced that the Board of Directors has agreed to accept Marie's resignation effective December 31, 2014. At the company's request, Marie has agreed to provide services to FEI going forward as a Special Adviser to the CEO. Going forward, Paul Chase, Chief Financial Officer, will assume responsibility for FEI's operations, working closely with the Board.

Financial Executives International Announces Management Appointments

Financial Executives International (FEI) announced the election of a new slate of executive officers and members of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year, effective July 1, 2014. Mitch Danaher will serve as national Board Chair. Gregory Ulferts will serve as national Vice Chair. Peter S. Rockett will serve as national Treasurer. Peter has been a member of FEI since 1999. Ann Svoboda will serve as national Secretary. Svoboda has been a member of FEI's New Jersey Chapter since 2009 and joined the Board of Directors in 2012. Additionally Prat Bhatt, John G. Panetta, Ellen R. Boyer, Thomas W. Haller, Andrea Edmonds, Ann Kaesermann and Thomas E. Feeney will serve as members of FEI's Board of Directors.
