PT Benakat Integra Tbk (JKSE:BIPI) sets to complete share acquirement of PT Mitratama Perkasa in 2014. Benakat Integra has set aside the fund to complete the transaction worth $120 million. Though refusing to elaborate, Corporate Secretary of Benakat Integra Remanja Dyah Intansuri said the company needs long time for due diligence process. "It still goes through the deals this year, the external source of fund has been available. We consider loan from Suisse," she said in general meeting of shareholder."
