TARGOBANK AG & Co. KGaA announced that Pascal Laugel will replace Franz Josef Nick as its CEO. Nick's contract was to run through August 2016, but differences regarding the strategic plan for TARGOBANK have led the bank to end his mandate at the end of December. Laugel will be put forward as the new CEO on the next supervisory board meeting Nov. 26.
