Qatar Airways Announces an Expanded Unilateral Code-Share Partnership with JetBlue Airways

Qatar Airways announced an expanded unilateral code-share partnership with JetBlue Airways, adding six new destinations and increasing the number of flights along existing code-share segments. New routes and flights are now available for travel. The expanded agreement provides new code-share routes from New York (JFK) to and from United States mainland destinations Albuquerque (ABQ), Daytona Beach (DAB), Reno (RNO) and Savannah (SAV), along with two Puerto Rican destinations, Aguadilla (BQN) and Ponce (PSE). In addition to the new destinations, the partnership will increase the number of codeshare flights along existing routes to Buffalo (BUF), Burlington (BTV), Charleston (CHS), Fort Lauderdale (FLL), Fort Myers (RSW), Jacksonville (JAX), New Orleans (MSY), Oakland (OAK), Portland (PWM), Rochester (ROC), Syracuse (SYR) and Tampa (TPA). The expanded agreement will also include connections to and from Qatar Airways' second daily Doha to New York flight beginning March 1, 2016. The second daily service will be operated by the airline's latest Airbus A350 XWB aircraft, of which Qatar Airways was the Global Launch Customer.
Qatar Airways And Royal Air Maroc Announce New Code-Share Routes

Qatar Airways and Royal Air Maroc are set to further strengthen their recent business partnership with the launch of new code-share routes across Royal Air Maroc's extensive West African network, as well as on both airlines's routes between Qatar and Morocco from 20 August 2015. The joint business agreement benefits passengers by providing enhanced links between Qatar and Morocco, greater choice of flights and improved frequent flyer benefits. The introduction of this new code-share partnership will allow passengers to purchase a single itinerary combining flights on both carriers' global networks, affording them the ease of one-stop ticketing and baggage check-in from 20 August. Passengers travelling to Casablanca on Qatar Airways will now be able to connect onto the West African cities of Cotonou (Benin), Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso), Praia (Cape Verde), Brazzaville and Pointe Noire (Republic of Congo), Abidjan (Cote d'Ivoire), Libreville (Gabon), Banjul (Gambia), Conakry (Guinea), Bissau (Guinea Bissau), Monrovia (Liberia), Bamako (Mali), Niamey (Niger), Lagos (Nigeria), Nouakchott (Mauritania), Freetown (Sierra Leone) and Lome (Togo).
Within Morocco, passengers will also be able to travel onwards to the domestic cities of; Marrakech, Agadir, Tangier, Guelmime, Tan Tan, Tetouan, Al Hoceima, Fes, Errachidia, Oujda, Nador, Ouarzazate, Zagora, Laayounte, Dakhla and Beni Mellal. Royal Air Maroc will start operating three weekly flights with a Boeing 787 Dreamliner to Doha on 9 September 2015, complimenting Qatar Airways' existing daily flights to Casablanca, which also operate with the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Both airlines will code share on each other's operations, giving passengers the flexibility of using a combination of flights from both airlines between Qatar and Morocco.

IAG Cargo extended freighter deal with Qatar Airways. The two companies have also increased the number of destinations they serve to nine routes. The nine routes include Hong Kong to London and Madrid/Mumbai to London, Dhaka to London, Pakistan (Karachi and Lahore) to three Middle Eastern points (Doha, Dubai and Kuwait), Delhi to London, Chennai to London and Shanghai to Madrid and Islamabad to Kuwait.
