Cydcor Moves its Corporate Headquarters to Agoura Hills, California

Cydcor announced that it has moved its corporate headquarters to Agoura Hills, California. from nearby Westlake Village. The new 45,000 square foot corporate office space was needed to accommodate Cydcor's substantial growth serving clients in North America and abroad. The space was designed by Gensler. The build-out was handled by RCI Builders while the transaction was handled by CBRE. The space was conceived to support and communicate key elements of the Cydcor culture with an energetic, collaborative environment that supports learning, a strong sense of both community and commitment to results. The newly finished headquarters is organized into three distinct zones, which delineate collaboration and group spaces from individual work spaces to help support a variety of work styles and work modes: the reception area, the social space and workspaces. The first-floor main entry and visitor reception features a series of original photographs highlighting the doors that sales teams are knocking on every day. An open stair in this area helps create a real connection between the first and second floors to draw staff and visitors up into the main gathering space. The main social space on the second floor, called 'The Heart,' acts as the hub for team members, providing both a creative space to congregate and a full range of kitchen options. The Heart includes access to two outdoor terraces that encourage an indoor/outdoor work style and give a number of alternate places for people to mingle and work throughout the day. The Cydcor offices feature WIFI throughout so team members can stay connected wherever they are, even on outside terraces and atrium areas. Also part of 'The Heart' an onsite gym ensures team members can easily integrate a workout into their daily routine. The 1,400-square foot fitness center features an array of equipment, as well as two fully-appointed locker rooms. The second floor also houses several large glass fronted conference rooms equipped with technology including Skype-enabled LED big screen displays, smart boards, and a full range of audio and video capabilities for presentations, trainings and meetings. The main workplace area is open, airy and accessible to the large central outdoor atrium which provides additional outdoor work areas and gathering space. Communal work spaces, meeting rooms, and glass fronted private offices are strategically placed around the atrium taking advantage of natural light. The sit-to-stand work desks provide flexibility and adjustability for everyone, while new skylights help fill the entire space with natural light.
Jeannie Finkel Joins Cydcor as Chief People Officer

Cydcor announced that Jeannie Finkel has joined its executive leadership team in the role of Chief People Officer. Finkel will be responsible for designing and implementing the organization structures, talent and executive leadership processes that drive Cydcor's future growth. As chief people officer, Finkel's focus will be to develop long-term strategic plans for growth areas of the company and to develop a comprehensive people strategy.
