Winstanley Enterprises, LLC may buy Morrissey Boulevard headquater from Globe Newspaper Company, Inc., Chief Executive of Globe Newspaper said. "There are still details to be worked out and a period of due diligence before a deal is completed. No price has been disclosed and a purchase-and-sales agreement has not yet been signed," Mike Sheehan said.

Globe Newspaper Company, Inc. (The Boston Globe) has retained Colliers International for the sale of Morrissey Boulevard building and property. Globe's Chief Executive Officer, Mike Sheehan said that it has hired Colliers International "to represent us in exploring the feasibility of such a transaction and to help us identify possible buyers". He added: "Until Colliers finishes this process, we have no idea of the true value of the property, and any move would be based upon that knowledge. That said, it is highly likely that we will find a suitable buyer and will eventually move from our current home. But don't start packing boxes quite yet."

Boston advertising executive Mike Sheehan will become chief executive officer of The Boston Globe. Sheehan, is the former chief executive of Boston advertising giant Hill Holliday. Since earlier January 2014, he has been serving as a consultant to the Globe on how to boost advertising revenue.
