PE Firms Reportedly Eyes Four Seasons

Some private equity firms (PE firms) intend to acquire Four Seasons Health Care Limited from Guy Hands. Advent International Corporation and GI Partners are understood you be among the groups eyeing Four Seasons, after it was revealed that advisers have been hired to consider options for Four Seasons. A plan to split the company into three, with one division specializing in local authority residents, another for self-funded users and a third focusing on high-acuity care is under consideration. Each part would then be put up for sale and it is thought that private equity firms are eyeing up the splited business. It is believed that Guy Hands is unlikely to profit from any sale of the business.
