FleishmanHillard Announces Executive Changes

FleishmanHillard named J.J. Carter as the firm's first Global Chief Operating Officer and President, Americas. Carter will be responsible for the worldwide business operations of FleishmanHillard and in that capacity, will focus on enhancing the FleishmanHillard experience for its employees, clients, agency partners and with the DAS Group of Companies. Carter will report to president and CEO, John Saunders. Carter joined FleishmanHillard in 2005, and previously served as President of the U.S. East, U.S. West, Canada and Mexico. Jack Modzelewski appointed to the role of global President, Business Development and Partnerships. In this new position, Modzelewski will focus on growing partnerships with clients through relationships at the higher levels to help existing and new clients better address their business and marketplace challenges. He also will focus on relationship engagement with the many organizations with which FH shares both client and strategic business interests. Modzelewski has served as President, Americas since 2011 and under his leadership, the region has delivered outstanding performance year over year. He facilitated a number of leadership transitions in key markets. Modzelewski also led the expansion of the region, establishing a presence in Brazil and facilitating the partnership with DDC Advocacy.

FleishmanHillard Announces Executive Changes

John Saunders will succeed Dave Senay as FleishmanHillard's president and chief executive officer, it was announced on November 4, 2015 by Dale Adams, chairman and CEO of the DAS Group of Companies. Saunders will begin his new duties effective November 4, 2015. He was most previously president for FleishmanHillard's Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. He will reside in St. Louis, where the agency is headquartered. Senay steps down after 32 years with the company and more than nine years as president and chief executive officer. He will remain with the firm as a consultant and to support the leadership transition.

FleishmanHillard Announces Executive Appointments

FleishmanHillard has announced the appointments of Ephraim Cohen and Mitch Germann as General Managers of the New York and Los Angeles offices, respectively. Both will drive strategic vision in their offices as well as the integration of social, digital and creative throughout all communications services, and will report to J.J. Carter, President, U.S. East, West, Canada and Mexico. Cohen takes the position after serving as East Region social and digital lead since March of 2014. Cohen was formerly executive vice president of innovation at MWW as well as the head of the Technology & Digital Content group. Cohen founded and ran The Fortex Group. Before founding The Fortex Group, Cohen was a General Manager and EVP of technology at Edelman.
