ALCO Stores, Inc. (OTCPK:ALCS.Q) has filed for bankruptcy. The U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Dallas this week approved a plan to allow Tiger Capital Group, LLC, SB Capital Group, LLC and B. Riley Financial, Inc. (OTCBB:RILY) to conduct the liquidation sales at all 198 locations. Unfortunately, many of Alco's small-town customers were disproportionally impacted by the slow economy," Daniel Kane, managing member of Tiger Capital Group, said in a statement.
