TravelClick has launched GuestView360, an end-to-end customer relationship management (CRM) and e-mail marketing solution. The solution is now available on the same powerful software as a service (SaaS) platform as the company’s business intelligence tools, Hotelligence360, which is the only tool that enables hoteliers to aggregate all critical data – including Rate, Demand, Agency and now customer data – in one place to make more informed decisions. GuestView360 allows hoteliers to maximize the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns and drive more repeat business by providing easily accessible insights into their guests’ stay patterns, revenue and market segment. It tracks email capture and channel performance, and allows users to execute highly targeted email campaigns so they can market better to their guests and find similar guests via direct marketing campaigns. The expanded capabilities of GuestView360 will allow users to drill down to the individual guest profile by integrating data from a hotel’s property management system (PMS). The dynamic solution can methodically break down data, allowing hoteliers to better understand their business. TravelClick and the Rainmaker Group have announced a joint research and development (R&D) partnership to allow TravelClick’s Demand360® customers to integrate their subscription data into Rainmaker’s revenue management system (RMS). The partnership will focus on incorporating the most robust business intelligence available – TravelClick’s Demand360 – into Rainmaker’s RMS. Demand360 is the only competitive market intelligence product available to the hotel industry that provides reservation metrics and analytics by channel and segment. Allowing subscribers to integrate Demand360 data into Rainmaker’s RMS will help hotels and casinos create more powerful forecasting and pricing recommendations. This partnership enables Rainmaker to use TravelClick’s aggregated competitive future pacing data in its revenue management solution suite to enable its clients to optimize revenue from all sources. TravelClick and IDeaS Revenue Solutions have announced a joint research and development (R&D) partnership to allow TravelClick's Demand360® customers to integrate their subscription data into IDeaS' Revenue Management System (RMS). Recognizing the power of highly targeted data to help hoteliers make better business decisions, the partnership will focus on incorporating the most robust business intelligence available - TravelClick's Demand360 - into IDeaS RMS for joint subscribers. Demand360 is the only competitive market intelligence product available to the hospitality industry that provides forward-looking reservation metrics and analytics by channel and segment. Allowing subscribers to integrate Demand360 data into IDeaS RMS will help hotels optimize pricing and generate additional revenue. TravelClick and IDeaS have a very strict confidentiality, security and legal policy. Throughout the R&D phase, both companies will ensure that strict data use requirements are being met. Subscriber test software will only have access to data for the subscriber hotel and an aggregated view of their competitive set. The R&D phase al phase test will last up to 12 months and it is projected for the solution to be commercially available in early 2016.
