The planned stock market listing of TI Automotive, a potential €3 billion deal, is facing a delay due to volatility triggered by Britain's vote to leave the European Union. Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs were appointed to organise the initial public offering.

Bain Capital Private Equity is looking at acquiring TI Automotive Ltd. Bain is known to be working on a £1.2 billion takeover of TI Automotive. Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. is said to be keen to sell TI Automotive. According to reports Bain could still walk again if the price remains a stumbling block.

TI Automotive Plans to Expand its Operations at Wells County Plant in Indiana

TI Automotive planned to expand its operations at the Wells County plant in Indiana (United States). As part of the expansion, which is scheduled to be completed next year 2015, the company will purchase USD 10 million worth of new equipment for the plant. The company also plans to add 70 new jobs in production, quality control, and production management. The Wells County facility, which manufactures fuel-tank systems for diesel, gasoline (petrol), and flex-fuel applications, currently employs 150 people.
