EdgeWave Inc. and the United States Tennis Association announced that the EdgeWave Advanced Web Gateway secured web access and enforced USTA's internet policies at 2013 US Open in Flushing Meadows. The USTA's challenge to EdgeWave was simple -- protect and manage remote devices without touching them, and provide high-bandwidth internet security without network latency. To address these challenges, EdgeWave recommended the new multi-gigabit Advanced Web Gateway for comprehensive 'anywhere, anytime, any device' web protection. EdgeWave and the USTA are already partnering in planning for the 2014 US Open, with the expectations that bandwidth and security requirements will be even higher 2014.
