Berry represents the Treasury Department in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), advancing the Treasury's interests in the region. In her new role, Berry will lead the team providing economic analysis for Europe, covering topics including the short-and medium-term outlook, external financing and capital flows, policy assessment, financial stability, and the key risk factors affecting the region and the individual countries.
