ArcSoft, Inc. to Demonstrate Three of its Imaging Solutions at the ARM Booth, Mobile World Congress 2015
Mar 2 15
ArcSoft, Inc. announced that it will be demonstrating three of its imaging solutions at the ARM booth at Mobile World Congress 2015, bringing high-end visual experiences to mainstream mobile devices. Using a combination of 64-bit octa-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor optimizations together with the GPU Compute capabilities of the ARM Mali-T760 GPU, as featured in the MediaTek MT6752 development platform, ArcSoft was able to deliver performance in imaging applications to a broad spectrum of users. A much broader range of consumers can now take advantage of improved image quality in low-light conditions, face beautification and pre-ISP video stabilization previously only available in high-end devices. Additional benefits include up to 50% better performance, while also lowering energy consumption, which prolongs device battery life. Overall this powerful integration provides an enhanced experience never achieved before in mainstream devices. This is made possible through the synergistic use of optimized OpenCL on the Mali GPU and ARM NEONâ ¢ technology on the ARM CPU. ArcSoft will provide demos for the following at ARMâ s booth: Hall 6, Stand 6C10, Mobile World Congress, March 2-5 in Barcelona, Spain.
